R&D Capability

TurboGround design and manufacture the turbocharger and its components according to OE requirements or OE Reverse Engineering. 

All products have been gone through a comprehensive analysis and test before put into production. We used the same OE high reliable temperatures and wear resistance materials, manufactured and test thought the same OE or equivalent equipment, optimize the defective design by original manufacturer to meet or exceed OE quality.

Product Development

All products must do failure analysis and design verifications before put into mass production.  

Simulation Analysis

We do Performance Simulation, Structure Simulation, Part Modal Analysis for every new turbo we developed. 

OE Back to Back Experiment

For all new products we delivered to market, we have to do back to back test against OE first. to ensure that our customers can use it directly replace the OE turbos.  Our test includes but not limited to Cartridge Balance, Minimum Flow Test, Noise and Vibration Test, Durability Cycle Test, Performance Test, etc.

Quality Control

At TuroGround, quality control starts from incoming materials to the end.

Incoming Material Inspection

We inspect 5% of raw materials for each component randomly, analysis the materials, dimension, and structure according to the drawings stored in our database.

Process Quality Control

We use intelligent manufacture management system to monitor production process online. Any faulty steps during assembling process will trigger an alarm, all parts are traceable, all data will be analyzed to enhance production efficiency.

Customization

Private label

TurboGround support private logos. We can either do laser printing logo on nameplate or on the turbocharger itself. Or neutral nameplate with customed Label on external box.

Private Mold

TurboGround support private mold for new turbocharger or components development under exclusive terms as per agreement for our strategic partner.
